Knowledge Way was founded on a simple belief: AI governance should enable innovation, not restrict it.

After years delivering strategy, digital transformation, and governance frameworks to UAE government entities and enterprises — mostly as part of consulting teams — we saw the same pattern repeat: organizations adopting AI enthusiastically, but struggling with governance. Not because governance is inherently complex, but because most approaches are either:
